Shipments and Returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 3-10 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via FedEx or another shipping provider. If you prefer rushed delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
We are unable to refund any purchase after your order has started “processing”, which happens within 1-3 days after the order has been placed.
If an order is refused or returned by the customer without prior authorization by Diamonds In Ice for ANY reason other than product damaged during shipping, than no refund will be given.
If a shipment is refused because of damaged product, the customer MUST notify the deliverer that that is why it is being refused and notify Diamonds In Ice immediately so a replacement can be sent.
Diamonds In Ice products are NOT eligible for refunds due to the custom nature of the product.
If you receive your order and find that there is a mistake on our end, we will make a new one to the correct specs at no cost to you.
Chargebacks and Reversals
Diamonds In Ice will report any unnecessary credit card chargebacks or reversals to all credit reporting agencies. All funds will still be due and necessary chargeback fees and charges will be applied.
